The matchmaking procedure
A Partenariate is an organised type of arena for companies meeting each other in pre-booked meetings. For two days you will be able to meet several companies in a simple, pleasant and costeffective manner.
This time we have adopted the new technology and if you have taken part earlier, you will notice some changes. Most of our communications will be on the web and our website.
Matchmaking through meetings
When all applications have been submitted, you will receive a list of participating comnies. You choose the companies you want to meet and we will make matches and produce a personal calender of meetings to be sent to you before the Parteariate.
It is important that you run through the list of participating companies as early as possible and make your choices. Many companies are very much sought after and their times will be quickly booked.
If your calendar has some empty spaces, additional meetings could always be booked all through the fair. It is not recommended that you book all your meetings only at the fair.
20 minutes per meeting
There will be numbered tables at the meeting arena corresponding to statements in your calendar of meetings. Each meeting takes 20 minutes followed by the ten-minutes break before the next meeting. Experience has poved this to be optimal.

For those who wish to display any information or marketing materials, this will be possible at the natural meeting point at our secretariat stand.
