We turn to the Scandinavian maritime industry, shipping companies, suppliers of marine construction and equipment, consultants with a maritime focus, politicians and officials in the public sector as well as for training companies, colleges and universities.
Program content
Program offers a mix of meetings, seminars and workshops on the theme “Towards sustainable maritime transport in Skagerrak & Kattegat
- explore the challenges and discover the business opportunities in greener shipping.”
Speed meetings
The conference also offers pre booked meetings between companies. Each session is 25 minutes which proved to be just right for tying a first contact. After closing the registration you give us your wishes for meetings with other participants and we will organize the meeting. After the application period you will receive a login code to our website where you can click in your meeting requests. Before the show, you get a personalized program and meeting calendar by e-mail. We are usually able to meet your requests about pre booked meetings.
Seminars and workshops
The conference both days will begin with a few interesting talks from the forefront. Then you will be able to choose from a smorgasbord of seminars and workshops on various topics.
Time and place
The Conference takes place from 30 November to 1 December 2011 with the arrival of many participants on 29 November. The Conference takes place at the Hotel Bohusgården in Uddevalla and hotel accommodation is reserved from 29 November for early arrivals. See registration sheet.
Conference fees
Price of full conference is SEK 3700, VAT will be added. The price includes scheduling meetings and lectures, accommodation two nights, incl. breakfasts. Dinners, lunches, coffee and refreshments are included.
The conference fee without accommodation is SEK 1550, VAT will be added.
For those who just want to participate one day there is opportunity to book day conferences. The price is then SEK 650/day, VAT will be added. The price does not include dinner.
For those who only participate in one of the day conferences there is an opportunity to book dinner in addition. Dinner costs as SEK 350, VAT will be added. Full conference fee includes two nights. For those who just need one overnight stay that is also an option.
