What is the price for participating?
When spending the night at the Hotel the price is 5.995,00 DKK excl. Danish VAT which is 25% per participant.
The price includes:
- Pickup and delivery by bus at the ferry terminal in Hirtshals, Frederikshavn or the airport in Aalborg
- ‘Get together’ with a light meal on Monday the 22nd of March
- Refreshments
- Banquet incl. vine and entertainment
- Lunch buffet
- Two nights’ accommodation in single rooms with shower, incl. breakfast buffet
- Copies of all available conference material on USB
- Meeting calendar and company profile catalogue
- Meeting facilities at Color Hotel Skagen
Without accommodation the price is 4.895,00 DKK excl. Danish VAT which is 25% per participant, this price includes all of the above except accommodation.
